Synopsis:
Wilson's electrifying play shows the tension that erupts when people from very different worlds collide. Set in the bohemian art world of downtown New York, this vivid and challenging drama explores the spiritual and emotional isolation of Anna and Pale, two outcasts who meet in the wake of the accidental death by drowning of their room ate/brother: Robbie. This is a comedy that laughs at its own tragic roots, a love story in which the lovers are scared of one another, and a play about art in which the strongest sensibility belongs to a character who looks upon artists as frauds.
