
Rodney Lee Rogers has been a professional actor, director and writer for over fifteen years. He has taught acting in Seattle, New York, Los Angeles and Charleston.
He has been seen in many national commercials and television series including a reoccurring role on the FOX series Medicine Ball. His feature film, Steaming Milk won Best Actor and Best Director runner-up awards at the 1997 Seattle International film festival. Three of his screenplays have been slated for production.
As a playwright his play Killing Chickens received its world premiere at PURE Theatre. It marks the third play Rogers’ has produced with the company along with Tell and What Comes Around.
Other productions include: Cowboys, with ACG in Seattle; Premeditated at the Seattle Fringe; Sheep With Wolves Teeth with Argo theatre, NYC; and Talking About Wrappers, Cans And Bran Muffins at UNCC Theater, which won the Rowe award for Best New Play.
